What our clients say about Day Camp
Why do we like to bringHappy to PAWSible! Day Camp?
"We adopted Happy from a shelter four months ago. At one and ahalf years old, he was not only very energetic, but seeminglyhadn't spent much time with other dogs. He's a real sweetfellow, but he would lunge and pull at the sight of any dogwhen we walked him on a leash.
After seeing him in Basic Obedience classes atIt's PAWSible!, Beth suggested that getting the chance to playwith other dogs at the Day Camp might help Happy's behavior. So, we gave it a try and have been delighted with the results. And so has he. He loves the place. Sure, he still gets prettyexcited when he sees other dogs, but it's much less of a bigdeal to him (and therefore, to us).
In addition, playing all day at Camp reallylets Happy burn off energy. He comes home and is very mellow, ready to just hang out quietly with us or snooze. He clearlyloves to spend time there (on mornings when we bring himthere, he gleefully hops into the car). It's a treat for us,too - one day a week when we know he's getting more thanenough exercise romping and playing with other dogs.
