It’s PAWSible!’s Canine Safe Haven Dog Training and Play Area. 

We are very excited to announce our very special and unique Canine Safe Haven.  This is a place where you can feel confident that your dog can play with you or with other dogs without getting attacked or picked on by other dogs.  I am confident that there is no other service like this anywhere.   We've been thinking about offering this service for years but in order to make it safe, fun and affordable, a lot of thought has gone into it.  A lot of thought is STILL going into it.

How can you and your dog participate in this one-of-a-kind atmosphere?   You and your dog must first enroll in a Basic Manners Class, a Puppy Class or a Consultation at It's PAWSible!   In some cases, your dog can be approved by doing a 60-minute private lesson so we can get to know each other, and I can evaluate your dog.  Please call for details on this or read about it on my Private Lesson Page.  Once you and your dog are approved by me, you will be invited to participate.

What this field will offer you and your dog:

• A nice spot in the country where you and your dog can practice some of the skills you've learned here, like recall, stay and others.
• A clean area where you can spend quality time with your dog, and you can feel safe letting him or her off the leash
• An invite-only situation where other dogs may be present, but you know the dogs and the people have been vetted to be able to handle this situation
• Even if you have a dog that is NOT good around other dogs, it's great to have a fully fenced-in field for your dog to run in.  There are times on the schedule when you can just book a time for JUST you and your dog!  
• Just added:  New "drinking water safe" hoses and water dishes.
• Coming soon during summer:  Pools!

We will only be selling our membership to a limited number of people.  Once you are a member and are able to sign up for your play, I'll still be watching to be sure it's like-minded dogs that are all signed up.   Keep in mind, these will ALL be dogs that are approved by me.  We have one big field or the possibility of two separate fields and two  25 x 25 inner fields that are artificial turf.  These smaller fields are great for puppy play or for a senior dog that is done playing with the youngsters.

What makes this new service so wonderful?

• It’s Safe.   Only It’s PAWSible! approved dogs are invited to join.
• It’s Clean.  No dirty dog parks for your dog to pick up worms or worse…
• It’s Fun!  Let's face it, we can all use more of this!  This is truly unique, as normally you either have to go to a busy “dog park” and not know who is coming, or you don’t have a secure fence for your dog to be off-leash.

You can play fetch with your dog in the field if it’s just you and your dog, or if there are 2 or 3 dogs in the same family, or good friends that won’t fight over toys, you are welcome to play.  I don’t want anyone to resource guard their favorite ball or Frisbee.
 
What to bring:

• Your chair if you want to sit, but we do have two nice benches that Wayne made.  
• If it’s allowed at that time, you may bring your dog's ball or Frisbee
• Your phone, take lots of pics and post on your FB page!
• Poop bags.  We will have places for you to throw your poop bags into.  We will also be selling poop bags if you forget your own.

All you have to do is sign up for your first session below.   If I don't remember you and your dog right away, I'll give you a call.

You will see that there are two calendars. One is for people who want to reserve the field alone with their dog, and the other calendar is to schedule potential group play and socialization.

Our current entry-level price is $20.00 for an initial play session with your dog (one hour).  If you need the spot for just you and your dog, the field will be available at certain times for you.  The initial price for either situation is $20.00. After you fall in love with this place and this idea, you will be invited to join a monthly membership. 

Once you are a member, you will be able to attend our beautiful setting as often as you want, whether once a week or many times a week; all you will have to do is sign up for your space online.
