About the Trainer
Beth Ostrowski-Parks
Why
do I do this? Many years ago, before I got so busy with dogs, I used
to ride my bike quite a bit. Although most of the scenery was beautiful,
one thing that I would see too often were dogs left outside day and
night tied to a dog house. Clearly, their life was empty. I
would ride by these homes frequently and see these lonely dogs no matter
what time of day it was. It was clear to see that they had given up
on life. I thought it was so inhumane that they had been banished to
a life of loneliness. I even volunteered to walk a few of these dogs,
just so they could get away from their 8 foot chain. That was a long
time ago, and I don’t ride my bike anymore, but no doubt there
are still too many dogs out there whose owners have given up on them.
In fact, the shelters are full of them.
I
also understand that the behavior of some dogs can cause this unfortunate
fate, but with a clear understanding of how a dog thinks and what to
do to help change their opinion, perhaps this DVD can make a difference.
As a pet dog obedience trainer, I know first hand how unruly an adolescent
dog can get when he has not been trained. Keep in mind-- it’s
NEVER TOO LATE to start, and for you new puppy owners, it’s NEVER
TOO EARLY either.
I
feel very confident that I am the trainer for you. I’ve helped
thousands learn how to be pro-active and prevent mistakes—let
me help you!
